Orders may only be cancelled if:
- The request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.
- The order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our tea and value-added food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are sold and delivered.
However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong item or The item arrives expired.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and your order receipt.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days, subject to verification.
- Delivery Policy
We deliver across Kenya via G4S Courier Services and globally via UPS Courier Services.
Delivery Timelines:
- Nairobi and surrounding areas: 1–3 working days
- Other regions: 3–5 working days
Delivery Charges:
- Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect contact or address details, a second attempt may incur an additional charge.
